Booking Info - Important Notice
Booking FAQ's
Booking and Walk-ins
We accept bookings up to one week in advance and walk-ins at any time. If you plan on visiting without a booking you DO NOT need to stick to the session times, instead you can come in at any time. If you plan on visiting at the weekend without a booking we recommend you call ahead first in case we are running exclusive use parties.
Booking Deposits
To make an advanced booking we require a deposit to secure your place,.This deposit DOES NOT cover any entry fee and instead is deducted from your bill at the end of your visit.

"5 star review all round. We had our daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend and I can’t recommend it enough. The cafe arranged absolutely everything for us. It was completely stress free, we just turned up and everything was sorted. The staff were amazing and made sure the kids were all having a great time. "I had my sons 1st birthday party here and everyone loved it from start to finish!! We had the Teddy bears picnic theme which was amazingly presented, the food was great and there was more than enough for everyone. Elsa was fantastic too!! The soft play and seating areas are immaculately clean! My son came with white socks on and they were still white when we left! The staff are outstanding, met all our needs, dietary requirement needs and totally deserved a piece of cake at the end!! I would 100% recommend here and we will be back for their play sessions!!
